Existing research works have uncovered a massive amount of threats and attacks, but they still need to uncover efficient ways to establish Intelligent Multimedia Networks IMNs. There are several existing works to represent the privacy and security challenges in general cyberspace, however, this special issue SI focuses on current trends to develop intelligent approaches that face privacy and security challenges in emerging and futuristic multimedia networks.
