If so, go ahead and create a new Admin account. If not, then enable the built in adminstrator account. It is disabled and hidden by default. Click Start Orb. Open an elevated command prompt. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow. Close the elevated command prompt. Log off, and you will now see the built-in Administrator account log on icon added enabled or removed disabled from the log on screen.
